Tobacco/Nicotine Surcharge

Aetna Only

CVS Health applies a tobacco/nicotine surcharge to colleagues and spouses/partners enrolled in medical coverage who attest to using tobacco/nicotine two or more times per week. The company is committed to helping you achieve your best health. To help you quit using tobacco or nicotine and avoid the surcharge, we have a tobacco cessation program that is free to you and your covered family members.
