Voluntary Benefits

CVS Health offers a diversified range of programs and insurances designed to help you protect your assets and provide valuable peace of mind. You may decide to enroll in any of the programs offered and pay the full cost for participation. Familiarize yourself with your options here.

  • Auto and Home/Renters Insurance

    Protect two of your most valuable assets — your home and your car — through the Benefit Extras auto and home insurance program. Home insurance covers your belongings whether you own or rent your home. In addition to auto insurance, select from various other types of coverage, such as boat, recreational vehicle or motorcycle. Special group discounts for you as a CVS Health colleague can help you save.

    If you need additional coverage, the carriers also offer umbrella insurance, often called personal liability insurance, for extra protection.

    Enroll anytime. No need to wait for current policies to expire.

    You may pay for auto and home/renters insurance through payroll deduction if you work more than 30 hours per week. If you work less than 30 hours per week, the carriers will bill you directly.

  • Identity Theft Protection Program

    Pro+ Cyber from Allstate Identity Protection delivers comprehensive fraud monitoring and powerful mobile and personal computer cybersecurity to help protect you, your family and your finances.

    Manage your personal data, safeguard your personal devices and help safeguard your identity. Should the worst occur, you can rely on full service remediation and restoration, plus up to $1 million in fraud expense reimbursement — or up to $2 million for families — to cover stolen funds or out-of-pocket costs.

    Colleague-only or family coverage is available. Family coverage applies to your whole family, including kids, parents, in-laws and grandparents.

    You can only elect this coverage during your initial benefits-eligible enrollment period, during annual enrollment or if you have a qualifying life change (like marriage, birth or adoption) during the year. If you don’t take action, you’ll need to wait until the next annual enrollment to elect coverage. Enroll through the enrollment website, which you can access through Colleague Zone.

  • Legal Services Plan

    The legal services plan, through LegalEASE, provides support and protection for unexpected personal legal issues.

    Enrollment gives you access to a national network of over 20,300 attorneys who are matched to your specific legal needs. You save time and costly legal fees for common individual or family legal matters, such as:

    • Home and consumer (buying, selling, refinance, foreclosure and landlord/tenant disputes)

    • Financial (debt collection, collections, contracts)

    • Auto and traffic (traffic ticket and license suspensions)

    • Family (divorce, adoption, name change)

    • Estate planning and wills (will, living will, health care power of attorney)

    • Inclusive benefits (gender identifier change, surrogacy representation)

    If you have apprehension or feel overwhelmed about using an attorney, you can speak with a counselor and access resources to help you feel prepared and confident through LegalEASE’s Empowerment Advocacy Center.

  • Pet Protection

    Save on your pet care with options only available through your workplace program, Benefit Extras.

    Total Pet Plan

    • Unlimited 24/7 access to VetHelpline® video consults with certified veterinary experts at no added cost.

  • Commuter Benefits

    Do you pay to park your car or take public transportation to and from work? Consider the transportation benefit to save on your expenses. There’s no need to enroll. Simply go to Edenred Benefits each month to order your parking or transit pass/voucher. Or, if you prefer, you can set up an automatic monthly reorder. Either way, your passes/vouchers will be mailed to your home. Payments are automatically deducted from your first paycheck of the month.
