Resources For LivingSM (RFL)

Resources For Living SM (RFL) is the starting point for ALL your emotional wellness needs. RFL provides all colleagues and household members up to twenty free, private counseling sessions (in-person, phone, video or chat therapy) per issue, per plan year. You have access to expert resources and customized guidance to help you and your family when you need it most. Available services include in-the-moment support for: stress, anxiety, depression, daily life assistance, family conflict/ relationships, caregiving, self-guided online resources and more. Other services include: financial consultation, legal consultation and identity theft consultation.

Build resilience in a few minutes a day with Mind Companion Self-care
Mind Companion Self-care is a free and secure self-guided digital program to help you with: stress and anxiety, sadness or depression, relationships, sleep issues, work/life balance, substance misuse and more. Mind Companion Self-Care leads you through learning sessions with videos, interactive questions and breathing exercises to help you build resilience and healthy behaviors.
