rapid! OnDemand Pay Program
Now available to all colleagues, rapid! OnDemand Pay allows you to access up to 50% of your earned wages before your regularly scheduled payday. This helps shorten the gap between the time you earn and receive your scheduled paycheck. Once registered with rapid! OnDemand Pay, you can choose how you receive funds, including debit card, PayCard, ACH, or Cash Pickup for delivery from immediate access to up to two days.
How to sign up
Go to Colleague Zone and select the OnDemand tile under Highlights for You, or simply search OnDemand in the search bar.
Once you opt in, you’ll receive an email invite from rapid! to complete the sign-up process.
A temporary password will be sent to your email to complete the profile set up and update your password.
You can access the rapid! OnDemand site or the rapid!Pay App on your mobile device to complete the profile set up and access available funds.
To set up new payment elections, go to the Accounts Tab and select the proper payment method.
Accessing Earned Wages through the rapid! EWA App
Download the rapid!Pay App and login to your rapid! account.
Choose your payout method.
Transfer available earned wages to your payout method of choice.
Note: There is an applicable fee to use the program of $1.00 per transaction, with a $6.00 fee cap per pay period - not including any amounts paid for cash pick-up. For more details about the fees, see the FAQs in the rapid! OnDemand Resource Guide.
Review the details of your transfer request.
Receive the transfer confirmation.
CVS Health will be notified that you have received the rapid! OnDemand payment and the deduction will be reflected on your paycheck stub.
