Resources for Living (RFL) is the starting point for ALL your emotional wellness needs. All CVS Health colleagues and household members including dependents living away from home up to the age of 26 — are eligible to receive up to 20 FREE confidential counseling sessions (in-person, phone, video or chat therapy) per issue per plan year.

RFL provides a wide range of no-cost, confidential services ― including unlimited, 24/7/365 in-the-moment support with experienced, licensed professionals to help you and your family when you need it most. Available services include in-the-moment support for: Stress, anxiety, depression, daily life assistance, family conflict/relationships, caregiving, self-guided online resources and more. Other services include financial consultation, legal consultation and identity theft consultation.

Prefer chat therapy? Talkspace is an online therapy chat platform that is also available through Resources for Living. You can send unlimited text, video, and audio messages to your dedicated therapist via web browser or the Talkspace mobile app. One week of Talkspace chat equals one of the twenty no-cost counseling sessions. You can also schedule up to twenty live video sessions with a Talkspace therapist. One live video session equals one of the twenty no-cost counseling sessions.
