Benefits eligibility is based on average hours regularly scheduled to work, per week. If 30+, you are eligible for all benefits. If less than 30, eligibility differs for some benefits.

Enroll in your benefits — deadlines apply

As a new hire, you'll need to enroll in certain benefits quickly. Here are dates when certain benefits become available to you.

Health and well-being benefits

  • To see which plans you’re eligible for and to enroll, visit Colleague Zone after you’ve received network access.

401(k) savings plan

  • Look for 401(k) enrollment information in the mail soon after your hire date that tells you how to make contribution and investment elections.

  • Your payroll deductions will begin soon after you enroll.
