What's New for 2024-25

Associates can make changes to their benefits each year during Benefits Annual Enrollment. Each annual enrollment provides Ulta Beauty with an opportunity to ensure we are offering best-in-class benefits that meet our associates’ needs. Annual Enrollment also provides associates with an opportunity to review their benefits and make any necessary changes.

Annual Enrollment runs for 3 weeks every summer for benefits effective September 1st through August 31st.

2024 Annual Enrollment ended on August 2nd, 2024.

2025 Annual Enrollment dates will be released in June 2025.
