Eligibility: All Ulta Beauty associates ages 21+ with 61 days of employment

Provider: Fidelity

Associates may contribute to a traditional or Roth 401(k).
Associates can contribute up to 60% of their eligible earnings, up to the IRS annual contribution limit.
Ulta Beauty matches 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% of eligible compensation deferred, for a maximum company match of 4%.
Traditional and Roth 401(k) contributions are combined when calculating your company match.
The match is deposited each pay period and is immediately 100% vested. To receive the full company match, consider spreading your contributions throughout the year, as matching contributions are only made on paychecks in which you make a 401(k) contribution.
