Ulta Beauty’s 401(k) plan is administered by Fidelity. All regular associates, age 21 and older, are eligible to contribute to a 401(k) account on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
Associates can contribute to a traditional or Roth 401k.
Associates can contribute up to 60% of their eligible earnings up to the IRS annual maximum amount.
Ulta Beauty matches 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% of eligible compensation deferred.
Match is deposited each pay period and will be 100% vested immediately.
Your contribution can be adjusted at any time.
Once eligible, visit Fidelity’s website at 401k.com to create an account and choose an election. Accounts can be created anytime following 45 days of employment.
