Ulta Beauty’s Tuition Reimbursement Program encourages and supports Associates who wish to develop skills and knowledge related to their careers. The program provides reimbursement for programs related to gaining a degree.

Associates can receive up to 50% of the cost of tuition and other related fees, up to $2,000 per calendar year. The Associate must apply for the reimbursement before starting the course by completing the application that can be found on the UltaNet.
