  Eligibility: Associates enrolled in a BCBSIL Medical Plan

  Provider: BCBSIL – Global Core

  If you are traveling outside of the United States, you still have access to doctors, hospitals, and other health services through BlueCross and Blue Shield through their Global Core Program. Always carry your BCBSIL ID card with you while traveling.

  Eligibility: Any Ulta Beauty associate traveling for business purposes

  Provider: BCBSIL - GeoBlue

  If you are traveling outside of your home country, you are provided a supplemental Global Traveler Plan though BCBS for up to 180 consecutive days. This plan provides benefits in the event of a medical emergency or need for medical care while traveling for Ulta Beauty business.
