Ulta Beauty’s Associate Assistance Program (AAP), through Unum, provides associates with access to expert support to help you lead a happier and more productive life at home and at work. These AAP services are also available to your spouses or domestic partners, dependent children, parents, and parents-in-law.

  Through Unum, you can talk to a Licensed Professional Counselor at no cost to you.

  • Online/phone support: Unlimited, confidential, 24/7 access to counseling services.

  • In-person: Up to 3 visits.
