Ulta Beauty’s Associate Assistance Program, through TELUS Health (formerly LifeWorks), provides all associates with access to thousands of resources that can help with personal well-being, including work-life balance tools, unlimited virtual or in-person mental health counseling sessions, health assessment tools, and even support to find the best daycare or elder care in your area.

  • Accessing the AAP

    The Ulta Beauty AAP program is a one-stop shop for expert information on things that matter to you. The program is available 24/7, online including a chat function, over the phone, or via the mobile app. The program is available in both English and Spanish.

    Profiles are customizable and content can be personalized to subjects that matter the most to you. Choose between the below topics to customize your daily well-being content.

    • Body

    • Mind

    • Personal Finances

    • Relationships

    • Work

    Dependents can access the AAP, too!

    To invite them to the TELUS AAP platform:

    1. Log on to the platform at one.telushealth.com.

    2. In the upper right corner, click on the profile icon

    3. From the profile icon, click on "Family".

    4. Click on "Invite Family Members" and complete the required fields.

    5. Enter the dependent’s email address, confirm they are over the age of 18+ years old, check the approval box, and click “Send Invitation.”

  • Situation-based Counseling – Someone to talk to

    You can talk to a professional counselor through TELUS Health at no cost to you about the topics that matter most.

    Counseling is available face-to-face, telephonic, virtually, via chat and/or online. Counseling is situation-based and the number of sessions is dependent upon what is deemed clinically appropriate.

    In a crisis, emergency help is available 24/7 and in-person counseling is available upon request.

    • Relationships, Life Changes, Family Matters & Parenting

  • Work-life solution services - help with everyday tasks

    If you are looking for resources to help with daily tasks, Work/Life Specialists will do the research for you, providing qualified referrals and customized resources. Self-guided webinars, provider databases and other tools are also available.
