Student Debt Retirement Program

Ulta Beauty’s Student Debt Retirement Program allows you to receive company matching 401(k) contributions on the payments you are making towards your student loans.

Eligibility: All Ulta Beauty associates with a student loan in their name, age 21+, and with at least 60 days of employment are eligible to participate.

How it works: Sign up for the program on Fidelity's website, track your student loan payments each month, at the end of the year, Ulta Beauty will deposit a matching contribution to your 401(k) Plan with Fidelity. This video provides a great overview of the program.

How to enroll: Login or register on Fidelity's website at 401k.com. Click on Accounts & Benefits > Student debt retirement contribution. Follow the instructions to sign up.

Company match: Ulta Beauty matches 100% of the first 3% and 50% of the next 2% of eligible compensation for both 401(k) contributions and student loan payments. The 401(k) company match is deposited every pay period for traditional and/or Roth contributions you make, while the student debt program company match will be deposited on an annual basis, based on total qualifying student loan payments made that tax year. All company matching contributions are 100% vested immediately.
