Supplemental Insurance Coverage

Supplemental insurance plans help protect you and your family from unexpected medical bills and events. These benefits pay out cash benefits directly to you, to be used as you see fit.

• Critical Illness Insurance

  Eligibility: Full-time and part-time associates

  Provider: Unum

  If you’re diagnosed with an illness that is covered under Critical Illness insurance, you can receive a lump sum benefit payment. You may also get coverage for your spouse and/or child(ren).

  Be Well Benefit

  Every year, each family member who has Critical Illness coverage can also receive $100 for getting a covered Be Well Benefit screening test such as an annual exam by a doctor.

  Eligibility: Full-time and part-time associates

  Accident Insurance provides a set benefit amount based on the type of injury you have and the type of treatment you need. It covers accidents that occur off the job. You may also get coverage for your spouse and/or child(ren).

  Be Well Benefit

  Every year, each family member who has Accident coverage can also receive $100 for getting a covered Be Well Benefit screening test such as an annual exam by a doctor.

  Hospital Insurance helps covered associates and their families cope with the financial impacts of a hospitalization. You can receive benefits when you're admitted to the hospital for a covered accident, illness, or childbirth. You may also get coverage for your spouse and/or child(ren). The money is payable directly to you - not a hospital or care provider.
