• Associate Assistance Program

  Ulta Beauty’s Associate Assistance Program, through TELUS Health (LifeWorks), provides associates with access to thousands of resources that can help with your family building journey.

  Contact the AAP to find resources for coping with infertility, breastfeeding, finding childcare, parenting resources, mental health and postpartum support for you and your family members.

• Ovia Health - Digital support for family-building, pregnancy, and parenting

  Eligibility: All Ulta Beauty associates

  Contact: Download one of the Ovia Health Apps

  Ovia is designed to support you and your enrolled spouse/domestic partner through all health and life stages — from fertility to parenting and everything in between.

  1. Ovia: cycle, fertility, and menopause health tracking

  2. Ovia Pregnancy: weekly development summaries, symptom/mood tracking

  3. Ovia Parenting: mental wellness resources, return-to-work tools, milestone checklists

  Choose from three separate apps you can download from the Apple or Google Play store, depending on your needs. All the apps give you access to expert coaches and important education.

  Associates enrolled in an Ulta Beauty medical plan have access to the premium version at no cost. To unlock it, during Sign-up, choose “I have Ovia Health as a benefit,” select BCBSIL as your health plan, and enter Ulta Beauty.

• Infertility and Family Planning

  Ulta Beauty's medical plans include coverage for fertility treatments. In addition, Associates have access to family planning resources through WinFertility at no cost. WIN provides personalized guidance and support.

  WIN’s Nurse Care Managers are available 24/7 to answer questions and provide education on infertility, IVF, IUI, egg and sperm freezing, embryo freezing, genetic testing, financial coaching, other treatment options, success rates, risks, and more.

• Adoption, fostering, and surrogacy support
