What is Annual Enrollment?
During Annual Enrollment, Associates have the opportunity to change their benefit elections (add, drop, or change). Ulta Beauty holds Annual Enrollment in July for a September 1 effective date.

Can I make changes to my benefit elections at other times during the year?
You can only make changes during Annual Enrollment unless you have a Qualifying Life Event.

What is a Qualifying Life Event?
A change in your life that impacts your health insurance coverage can be a Qualifying Life Event. Examples include change in marital status, birth of a child, change in dependent's coverage, or qualification for another health plan.
You must go online to the benefits portal, bswift, at ultabenefits.bswift.com to process a life event within 30 days of the event, or you will not be permitted to make changes. Supporting documentation will be required.

Where do I upload verification documentation that was requested to process my life event?
Log on to the benefits portal at ultabenefits.bswift.com and click the Employee File Upload link on the home page.

How do I know which medical plan to pick?
If you would like help understanding the options and choosing the right plan, schedule an appointment with a Benefit Education Specialist (BES) by clicking https://go.oncehub.com/Ulta. BESs are available M-F from 8-5PM CST.

What if my classification changes (full-time to part-time or part-time to full-time)?
If you experience a change in status, you should log into the benefits portal, bswift, at ultabenefits.bswift.com within 30 days to see how your benefits will be affected.
