• Virtual Urgent Care, Primary Care, and Mental Health Care

  Eligibility: Associates enrolled in an Ulta Beauty BCBS medical plan

  Provider: First Stop Health

  Virtual Urgent Care	Virtual urgent care provides 24/7 access to doctors for things like cough, sinus infection, earache, skin rash, and more. Associates can call or go on the app to submit their request to have a doctor call them back within minutes.   Virtual Primary Care	Don't have a primary care physician? With FSH's nationwide network of virtual doctors, you can schedule an appointment for all your primary care needs.   Virtual Mental Care	Accessing therapy sessions from the privacy of your own home allows you to feel more relaxed and comfortable - and makes it easier to schedule and keep your appointment. Virtual mental health through FSH offers associates 24/7 access to short-term, solution-focused counseling. Associates can schedule an appointment through the FSH app or by phone. • Virtual Physical Therapy

  Eligibility: Associates enrolled in an Ulta Beauty BCBS medical plan

  Provider: Hinge Health

  Virtual Physical Therapy	If you have a new injury or just aches and pains, you may need or want to try physical therapy. Hinge Health provides a digital exercise therapy program personalized just for members. This program includes exercises and stretches developed for you by physical therapists. Once enrolled, a dedicated physical therapist will work with you to help set goals and support you via text, email, phone, or video chat. • 24/7 Nurse Line

  Eligibility: Associates enrolled in an Ulta Beauty BCBS medical plan

  Provider: BCBSIL

  BCBSIL offers a 24/7 nurse line to help answer health questions and try to help you decide whether you should go to the emergency room or urgent care center or – make an appointment with your doctor.

  The nurse line can also help with questions about: asthma, headaches, cuts or burns, back pain, a baby’s nonstop crying, diabetes, sore throat, high fever, and more.

• Virtual Weight Loss

  Eligibility: Associates enrolled in an Ulta Beauty BCBS medical plan that have high blood pressure or are at risk for type-2 diabetes or heart disease.

  Provider: Omada

  Omada provides you and your eligible dependents with a program to help lose weight and create healthier habits. It provides one-on-one personal coaching and tools to help you achieve your health and weight goals - all on your own time through virtual app communications. This benefit is free to you as a member of an Ulta beauty BCBSIL medical plan.

  When you join the plan, you'll receive a scale delivered to your home, and access via an app to connect you to your health coach and an online peer group and community.

• Virtual Urgent Dental Care

  If an urgent dental issue occurs after hours or when your own dentist is unavailable, you can schedule a virtual dental visit. A virtual dentist can address tooth pain and prescribe medication until you can get into your dentist, or assess trauma like a chipped tooth.

  Call 866-256-2054 and you'll be connected to a dentist via video within 10-15 minutes. The visit will be paid the same as if you were visiting your dentist office for the same service. if you need follow-up care, the virtual provider can send a report of your virtual visit to your dentist or even help find a dentist if you don't have one.

• Hawaii Virtual Mental Health

  Eligibility: Hawaii associates enrolled in an HMSA medical plan

  Provider: HMSA

  HMSA provides virtual care from psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed marriage and family therapists, mental health counselors, and social workers. They can help you with:

  • Marriage and family counseling

  • Conflict resolution

  • Depression and anxiety

  • Stress management

  • Grief and loss
