Time Off

Ulta Beauty provides time off benefits for planned or unplanned absences. Additional details about the time off you may receive can be found on the UltaNet > Policies.

• Vacation and Personal Time

  Full-time associates accrue vacation time and receive personal time immediately upon hire to use as they choose. For details, see the UltaNet > Policies.

• Sick Time

  Full-time associates receive sick time to use for unplanned absences, such as their own illness, caring for a family member, or doctor’s appointments.

  In addition, where legally required, part-time associates may earn sick time as well.

• Company Holidays

  Full-time associates are paid for seven (7) Company Holidays, which include New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, 4^th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. For details, see the UltaNet > Policies.

• Bereavement

  Losing someone important in your life is difficult. Ulta Beauty supports all associates with time away to grieve. This policy provides time to all associates, both full-time and part-time. For details, see the UltaNet > Policies.

  Ulta’s bereavement policy includes time away for miscarriages and stillbirth. See here for more resources in the case of a miscarriage or stillbirth.

  If more time away is needed than Ulta’s bereavement policy allows, you may consider a leave of absence.
