Take advantage of these resources to help you reduce stress, ease anxiety, manage depression and substance abuse issues, strengthen your resiliency, and more. Many programs are offered at no cost to you.

  • Resources for Living

    Find Help for Life's Challenges

    The Resources for Living employee assistance program is a global network of experts that supports your physical, emotional, social, and financial wellbeing. Whether you are looking to boost your resilience or manage life’s challenges, Resources for Living is here for you—free of charge and completely confidential.

    Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    Eligibility:

    Resources for Living is available to all Mountaineers and members of your household, including children up to age 26 living away from home.

  • CVS Health Virtual Primary Care

    With CVS Health Virtual Primary Care, you can access mental health services online anytime.

    Get 24/7 access to highly trained providers for mental health services including counseling for anxiety, stress, depression, and grief.

    How CVS Health Virtual Primary Care can help:

    • Secure messaging on a convenient digital platform

    • Follow-up care coordination with in-network licensed therapists

    • On-demand virtual care visits 24/7/365

    • Care team consults with pharmacists for medication management, as needed

    • Support to identify in-person specialists or health services, if needed

    Virtual mental health care can help whether you are looking to speak with a therapist or need help with medication management.

    How it works

    • Log in to cvs.com/virtual-care to access CVS Health Virtual Primary Care from a computer or mobile device.

    • Meet with a virtual physician, access on-demand care, or schedule a mental health visit.

    • Get in-person care coordinated to any nearby MinuteClinic® location or in-network provider clinic, if needed.*

    • Review all medical notes, appointments, and test results on the online Health Dashboard.

  • Telemedicine for Kaiser Permanente Plan Members

    With Kaiser Permanente, you can get the high-quality care you depend on for all your mental health needs without leaving home.

    • E-visit: Fill out a short questionnaire about your symptoms online and get personalized self-care advice from a Kaiser Permanente clinician.
    • Phone appointment: Schedule an appointment to talk with a Kaiser Permanente clinician over the phone — just like an in-person visit.
    • Email: Message your doctor’s office with non-urgent questions anytime through your kp.org account.
    • Video visit: Meet face-to-face with a doctor by video for the same high-quality care as an in-person visit.
    • Mail-order pharmacy: Get prescriptions sent straight to your door with our mail-order delivery service.

  • Aetna

    Aetna offers solutions for a variety of emotional, physical, and social wellbeing needs.

    Mental health programs and services include behavioral health counseling, substance abuse, suicide prevention, and autism spectrum disorders. This includes both adult and child 1:1 and group/family services, in-person and virtual.

    To go to the mental health Aetna member website, log in to your account at aetna.com, scroll down until you see the “Member Resources” section on the right side of the screen, and select “Mental Health Support & Services.”

  • PsychHub

    PsychHub, the world’s largest mental health education platform, provides mental health videos, podcasts, shareable content, and more to help people better understand and overcome mental health challenges.

    PsychHub Mental Health Ally certificate

    Once you’ve registered, go to your Dashboard and scroll to the bottom to review the Series: Mental Health Ally. Demonstrate your support and empathy by showing your Mental Health Ally Certification in your IRM email signature.

    Eligibility: PsychHub is available to all Mountaineers.

    What it costs: Psych Hub is offered at no cost to you.

  • LiveWell Wellbeing Program

    Iron Mountain’s LiveWell Wellbeing Program, administered by Aetna, is designed to help you prioritize and elevate every aspect of your wellbeing — emotional, social, financial, and physical.

  • Aetna Lifestyle Coaching

    Aetna Lifestyle Coaching provides personalized support to help you eat better, be more active, and take charge of your health.

    Choose from three types of health coaching: one-on-one phone coaching, live group coaching webinars, and self-directed digital coaching. Coaching offers tips and advice on many topics of healthy living, including:

    • Sleep

    • Mindfulness and emotional wellbeing

    • Work-life balance

    • Metabolic syndrome

    • Pre-diabetes

    • Elevated blood pressure

    • Exercise and activity

    • Healthy eating habits

    • Tobacco cessation

    • General health education

    • Women’s health

  • Resources for People Leaders

    As a People Leader, you might need support for your own resilience as well as guidance on how best to support your team’s emotional wellbeing. Resources for Living gives you access to clinicians who provide one-on-one coaching on what you can say and do in any employee or team situation. You can also access trainings on a variety of topics that can be delivered for one of your team meetings. Learn more in the Wellbeing Guide.
