To support you during these times, we want to ensure you're aware of the leave and time-off programs available to help you balance work and caregiving.
Wellbeing time can be used for the care of yourself or others. This time is designed to support you when unexpected situations arise or if you need time for self-care or appointments. Depending on eligibility, Mountaineers are eligible for unpaid, qualified leaves under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). You may have access to unpaid personal leave.
