Our 2024 Benefits Open Enrollment is from Monday, October 21, 2024, to Friday, November 8, 2024, 11:59 pm ET. During this period, you can newly enroll or make changes to your Publicis benefits. After November 8, your only opportunity to make changes to your benefits coverage is within 31 days of experiencing a qualified life event or during the next Benefits Open Enrollment period.

*Planning to get married or have a baby next year? Those are considered qualified life events, and you can make benefits changes within 31 days of these events. Please note you would need to wait until your QLE occurs to make changes. 

Key Changes for 2025 Medical Provider Transition:

This year, we are excited to announce a transition to United Health Care (UHC) as our new medical plan provider for 2025. UHC will replace Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and bring new benefits, resources, and support options to better meet your healthcare needs. Here’s what you need to know about this transition:

What’s Changing with UHC?

  • New Provider, New Options: UHC offers a broad network of doctors and healthcare providers, along with new resources to help you manage your health and wellness. While many of your favorite providers may still be available, we encourage you to check UHC’s network to see if your provider is still in network.
  • Member Resources: With UHC, you’ll have access to a range of digital tools, including a user-friendly mobile app, 24/7 virtual care, and personalized health support programs.
  • Transition of Care: If you’re currently undergoing treatment, UHC provides a transition-of-care program to help ensure that there are no disruptions in your ongoing medical care.


What to expect with the 2025 Medical Transition:



  • No Disruption to Your Other Benefits: This transition only affects our medical plan provider. Your dental, vision, life insurance, and voluntary benefits remain with their current carriers, with no changes to coverage.
  • Monthly Premiums: While the transition to UHC comes with enhanced services, monthly premiums for medical and prescription drug coverage will increase by +1.8%, in line with market trends.

Three easy steps to plan for 2025 Benefits Enrollment:

  • 1. Review your current benefits and decide if you need to make changes!

    It’s important to assess you and your family's current and near-future needs. Find the right combination of benefits coverage and programs at the right cost to support your needs.

    Did you know a 65-year-old couple retiring this year spends an average of $315,000 in medical expenses throughout retirement? If you are a generally healthy person who doesn’t go to the doctors often, the HSA Medical Plan may be right for you. You have medical coverage for the year, you pay the lowest coverage premiums out of your paycheck, and you get to open a Health Savings Account, which is like another 401(k) account but for medical costs. Plus, Publicis Groupe puts some cash toward helping you build your savings: $250 for single coverage and $500 for family coverage.

    Don't overlook your voluntary benefits. We partner with many different insurance companies to provide you with discount prices, for pet, car, house, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurance and more. If you currently have coverage elsewhere, you may be able to save more with our insurance plans.

    Take this opportunity to review your beneficiaries while enrolling in benefits. Naming beneficiaries ensures your money will go where you want it to.

  • 2. Prepare to enroll in benefits that do not automatically carry over into 2025.

    This year's open enrollment will be passive, meaning most (not all) of your 2024 benefit elections will automatically carry over into 2025. You will need to actively enroll in these accounts each year to use them:

    Health Savings Account (HSA)

    Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA)

    Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA)

    Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account (LPFSA)

  • 3. Enroll in 2025 Publicis Benefits

    You will receive notification on October 21st when you can log into our benefits enrollment portal to begin your enrollment

    If you do not enroll, you will have the same or similar coverage as you do today, but at 2025 costs with the exception of HSA, HCFSA, DCFSA and LPFSA, as you will need to actively enroll in these tax-savings accounts each year to use them.

WHAT TO EXPECT NEXT YEAR

Family Care Enhancements

  • Bright Horizons Family Concierge: One-on-one help from a dedicated team of concierge who have extensive knowledge of childcare, coaching, social work, and education. You tell them your family needs, and they get to work for you.

  • Pet Care: In addition to our pet insurance offered with our voluntary benefits, you can now use your Bright Horizons Back-up Care Program to receive a credit with Rover to reserve care for all of your pet care needs - e.g. overnight care, dog walking, day care, etc.

  • Adult Tutoring: In addition to tutoring services for your children, you can also use these same services for anyone over 18. Tutoring covers 3,000 subjects, including professional certifications.

  • New York City Pre-k for All and 3k for All: Offered in the five boroughs of NYC, this Universal Pre-k program is FREE and accessible in our centers as long as a few criteria are met.

We will notify you on October 21 when you can log into the benefits enrollment portal - bswift - to start enrolling. If you decide not to make any changes by November 8, 2024, your 2024 benefit elections will automatically roll-over in 2025.

Reminder: Even though federal law no longer requires you to have health coverage, your state may still require you to do so to avoid tax penalties.
