The 2024 Healthy Living Program will be from January 1 - November 30, 2024.
Overview
Our Healthy Living Program rewards you for taking small steps that help you live a happier, healthier life. As you continue to take care of yourself, we will too.
Our focus is helping you protect what is most important — your health and wellness. That’s why we’re offering up to $300 healthy rewards this year to support you on your wellness journey.
The program also provides customized information, tools and support based on your reported interests, health risks, and readiness for change. See below for more details.
Eligibility
All employees who are actively employed and benefits-eligible are able to participate in the Healthy Living Program. In addition, your spouse/domestic partner enrolled in the Publicis medical plan is also eligible to participate.
Program Features
Personal Health Assessment (PHA)
Receive a $125 Healthy Reward for completing your Personal Health Assessment (PHA) by March 31, 2024. The confidential PHA screening tool helps provide insight into your individual health risks and major conditions. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete and, when you’re done, provides recommendations customized to your health needs, including:
A personal health record
Secure messaging and targeted reminders
Lifestyle improvement programs
Clinically reviewed health information references for any health or medical question
Decision support for understanding the risks and benefits of medical procedures and treatment options
Once you’ve completed the PHA, you may receive directions for scheduling WebMD health coaching sessions, depending on your health risk level. WebMD Coaches are health experts trained to engage in one-on-one conversations to support participants in improving their health. Coaching can consist of phone calls, emails, and/or self-reported weekly activities via the WebMD Digital Health Assistant.
Healthy Activities
If you earn 60 Healthy Activity Reward Points by November 30, 2024, you can earn an additional $175 in cash rewards. For details on how to earn the Healthy Activities Reward, log in to the Healthy Living website and search under the Rewards section.
The program helps you take steps — even small ones — to being your healthiest, and provides rewards for some of the healthy activities you complete.

WebMD Health Coaches
WebMD Coaches are health experts trained to engage in one-on-one conversations to support participants in improving their health. If you complete four WebMD Health Coaching sessions you can earn forty points.

Health Assistant Goals
Achieve any My Health Assistant goal for up to ten points per goal (up to four times).

Tracking Daily Exercise
Connect your Fitbit Device and track your exercise automatically in your Exercise Tracker to earn up to one point per activity (up to ten times).

Additional Health Assessments
Learn more about your health and specific conditions by completing Health Topic Assessments for up to five points each (up to six times).
How to Get Started
The 2024 Healthy Living Program year is from January 1 through November 30, 2024. To get started, log in to Healthy Living. You can earn up to $300 Healthy Living this program year:
Receive a $125 Healthy Reward for collecting 25 healthy points by completing your Personal Health Assessment (PHA) by March 31, 2024.
If you were hired on or after December 2, 2023, you have until June 30, 2024.
Please note: It can take a few weeks for your new hire information to feed into the WebMD system in order for you to log in and complete your PHA. For any employees hired close to the June 30 deadline, there will be no extensions to this deadline.
Receive a $175 Healthy Reward by completing your Personal Health Assessment and collecting 60 additional healthy points. For details on how to earn the Healthy Activities Reward, log in to the Healthy Living website and search under the Rewards section.

All rewards are subject to applicable taxes.
You must be an active employee to receive your rewards via Payroll, which takes 2-3 pay cycles following your reward completion date.
These incentives, along with the Company contribution to your Health Savings Account (if you enrolled in the Health Savings Account and opened an account), can help you offset any out-of-pocket health care expenses.
