Wouldn’t it be great if you had a personal health coach to customize a program just for you or to answer concerns about your health? Well, you do! You have access to trained health professionals ready to support you, to keep you accountable and motivated and to help you come up with a plan to help you live a happier and healthier life.
Who’s eligible?
The Healthy Living program is available to all U.S. employees, and the Benefits Value Advisors program is available to employees on a Publicis medical plan
All spouses and domestic partners on a Publicis medical plan can fully participate in both programs
All other dependents on a Publicis medical plan have access to the Benefits Value Advisors program
What is health coaching?
Health coaching is a series of confidential, one-on-one conversations that provide personalized support, planning and motivation to help you incorporate healthy choices into your daily life. You get to direct the conversation around what’s important to you.
You have two great options:
1. WebMD's Healthy Living
Through our Healthy Living program, all U.S. employees as well as spouses/partners on a Publicis medical plan have access to trained health professionals. These professionals can support you whatever your goals are, including:
Lifestyle changes — whether you want to lose a few pounds, reduce stress or manage chronic conditions like diabetes or heart failure.
Quitting smoking — whether you smoke cigarettes, e-cigs, or another type of tobacco, they have the experience and education to help you overcome cravings and quit for good.
Creating daily habits — they use science-backed methodologies to help you stick with the program and create lifelong healthy habits.
To get started, you'll need to register for the Healthy Living program and complete a Personal Health Assessment.
2. Benefits Value Advisors (through BCBSIL)
Publicis Groupe offers dedicated Personal Health Clinicians (Registered Nurses) who can work with you and your family enrolled in a Publicis medical plan — on all kinds of personal health issues, including:
along with your healthcare providers,
Offering counseling and health education with the support of a social worker, behavioral health clinician, and pharmacist,
Helping you and/or your family before or after a hospital stay, or
Whatever else you may need to improve your health.
