Virtual Primary Care
It’s time health care comes to you. Chat or video with a doctor within 60 seconds, 24 hours a day from your phone, tablet or computer. Once you download the app, there is no need to register or make an appointment.
Surgery Care
If you need surgical care, Transcarent provides you access to the best surgical facilities in the country. Because high quality care saves everyone money in the long run, Chubb covers your costs after your deductible when you plan your surgery with Transcarent. Travel expenses may also be covered if your surgical center of excellence is more than 100 miles away from your home. Your dedicated Transcarent Care Coordinator supports you throughout the entire process (and takes care of all the approvals, scheduling and paperwork, too!).
Virtual Physical Therapy
Are you suffering from back, joint or muscle pain? You may be able to take advantage of the Virtual Physical Therapy program. This program is an alternative to in-person physical therapy that you do from the comfort of your home. After a virtual consultation to determine whether the program is right for you, you’ll receive a kit pre-loaded with a program designed just for you by a physical therapist.
