You can visit any licensed veterinarian and receive reimbursement for a percentage of your eligible expenses based on the plan you elect at the time of enrollment. Some eligible expenses may include,

It is easy to submit your claims from your desktop or mobile app. Claims are typically processed within two weeks and can even be deposited right into your bank account.

Get Started 

To enroll, visit https://benefits.petinsurance.com/chubb or visit the Chubb Benefits Portal and find the Pet Insurance tile. Nationwide will send you an enrollment confirmation and account information. During the enrollment you can elect to have your premiums deducted from your paycheck.

After you have enrolled, you will want to create an account on my.petinsurance.com where you will be able to update your account information, submit a claim, check on the status of a claim, download forms and sign up for electronic payment.
