Disaster Relief

The CarMax Associate Disaster Relief Fund (the “Fund”) is a charitable fund established to help Associates facing financial hardship immediately after a natural disaster or an unforeseen personal hardship. The Fund is supported by donations from CarMax, Inc. as well as individual donations from Associates. The maximum amount available for each qualifying event is $1,500 and the minimum amount awarded is $500. The awarding of individual emergency grants will follow IRS guidelines. CarMax may suspend, amend, or discontinue the Fund at any time without advance notice.
