CarMax offers Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability programs to eligible Full-Time Associates in order to help protect your income.

Short-Term Disability

Short-Term Disability Insurance is 100% Company-paid and covers up to 26 weeks of an approved disability leave.

Long-Term Disability

Long-Term Disability Insurance is 100% paid by Associates who elect coverage, and provides income protection in the event of an approved extended absence from work.
