Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)

CarMax offers an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) through Computershare for eligible Associates to purchase CarMax stock through convenient payroll deductions, from 2-10% of salary. Full-Time Associates and Part-Time Associates are eligible to contribute after 1 year of service and receive CarMax matching contributions.

For every $1.00 you contribute (after-tax), CarMax will deposit a $0.15 matching contribution.

Associates are immediately vested in all contributions and purchases are made monthly.
