Change in Status
Regulatory Limits determine the circumstances under which you can enroll, change your election, or waive coverage in the Medical, Dental, Vision and Flexible Spending Account Plans.
Generally, all eligible Associates have an opportunity to enroll in coverage or change elections during the Annual Open Enrollment window in January, with coverage effective the following March 1. However, special enrollment periods during the year allow you to add, drop, or change coverage (including changing from one Plan option to another) for you and your dependents without having to wait until the next Annual Open Enrollment. A special enrollment is allowed only if you experience a Change in Status Event.
