Our Rewards and Recognition Program is designed to acknowledge the dedication, achievements, and contributions of our La-Z-Boy employees. By celebrating individual and team accomplishments, we aim to create a culture of appreciation, strengthen engagement, and support a positive and productive workplace.
All La-Z-Boy employees can participate in our Rewards & Recognition program, Bravo.
Through this program, employees can:
Recognize each other through peer-to-peer recognition.
Earn points to redeem for a wide array of goods and services, even travel.
Receive Service Anniversary gifts.
Employees can log into Bravo via Okta single-sign on.
People Leaders receive manager points to award any employee at La-Z-Boy - Service Gifts are at 1 Year, 5 Year, and every 5 after. Employees are encouraged to show gratitude through the Bravo platform.
