New Hires
La-Z-Boy offers a wide range of benefits to support your health and financial wellbeing. Some benefits are provided automatically at no cost to you. Others require you to make an active election during your New Hire Enrollment (or during the next Open Enrollment period).
You must elect or waive coverage within 30 days of your hire date. If you do not enroll by the deadline, you will not have benefit coverage for the remainder of the year besides the benefits automatically provided by La-Z-Boy listed below.
Your New Hire Benefits begin on the 61st day of employment and run through the end of the plan year (Dec. 31).
Note: If you waive coverage as a New Hire, you may choose to enroll during Open Enrollment for the following year's coverage.
