Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are in-person and virtual spaces for employees to connect, share experiences, and support one another around common interests/goals. These groups were created to promote inclusion, encourage diverse perspectives, and contribute to a more engaged workplace culture at La-Z-Boy.

Our ERGs are dedicated to fostering employee empowerment, education and advocacy, and include:

  • Women’s ERG

  • PRIDE ERG

  • Multicultural ERG

  • Working Parents & Caregivers ERG

  • Salute ERG
