The La-Z-Boy Dental Plans offer you and your eligible dependents comprehensive dental coverage — from preventive care to minor and major dental procedures ― through Delta Dental. You can choose from two dental plan options: The Core Plan and Buy-Up Plan.

• How the Dental Plans Work

  The dental plans are both dental PPOs, meaning you can choose any provider you wish, but you’ll pay less if you see a provider in the Dental PPO Network and more if you see a provider in the Premier Network.

  You pay out-of-pocket until you reach the annual deductible, and then you and the plan pay a portion of the costs (coinsurance).

While you’re free to visit out-of-network dentists, keep in mind that they haven’t agreed to these discounts.
