La-Z-Boy’s benefits package offers a range of options to help protect your health and financial wellbeing. Some benefits are provided automatically at no cost to you — no enrollment required. For others, you’ll need to actively choose the coverage that best fits your needs. Read below to learn more about eligibility, enrollment deadlines, and who you can cover.
Are You Eligible for Benefits?
You’re eligible if you are a full-time employee working at least 30 hours per week.
Who Can You Cover?
You can enroll in available benefits and cover eligible dependents, including:
Your legal spouse
Note: Legally separated or divorced spouses are not eligible.
Your dependent children
Coverage continues until the end of the month they turn 26
Includes biological, adopted, and stepchildren
Eligible regardless of student status, marital status, financial independence, residence, or employment
Children over age 26
They became mentally or physically disabled before age 19
They cannot support themselves financially
You provide proof of their disability
Verifying Dependent Eligibility
To help manage costs for everyone, only eligible dependents can be covered under La-Z-Boy’s benefit plans. If you’re adding a dependent for the first time, you must submit documentation to Workday when enrolling:
Spouse: Marriage license or certificate
Child: Birth certificate or hospital birth record
