Consider
ways to reduce your costs in 2027
Get your preventive exams to maintain your health and catch any health conditions early. Remember that most in-network preventive care services are covered by the Plan at 100%.
Participate in the Wellness Screening to earn the wellness incentive. It's a great way to learn your key health numbers and spot potential concerns early.
Utilize condition management programs like Lyra Health, Livongo by Teladoc, and Hinge Health to get personalized support to help manage symptoms and improve your overall wellbeing.
Use in-network health care services. In-network providers have negotiated rates with your plan, so you'll typically pay less out of pocket.
Use the right care at the right time. Skip the ER for non-emergencies. If you can't see your doctor, Virtual Care and Urgent Care are more affordable and handle most minor to moderate needs.
Choose generic medications when available. They have the same active ingredients as brand-name drugs but typically cost much less. Ask your doctor or pharmacist if a generic is right for you.
