Chubb Equity Plans

Chubb’s Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) governs the equity awards granted during the annual compensation cycle. LTIP awards granted during the annual Compensation Planning cycle consist of two types of equity: Restricted Stock (75% of the value of the award) and Stock Options (25% of the award).
