Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

An EAP provides services that cover just about any aspect of your life you can think of. The biggest problem with an EAP is that it does so much, people forget about the specific ways it can help.

Services include:

Free, professional counseling

Counselors can help resolve personal, family, or job-related issues. These services are completely private and 100% confidential. They are available to you and your family, including dependent children, and your spouse or a partner. You have two ways to reach a counselor:

  • 24/7 Telephone counseling

  • In-person counseling, by appointment, with EAP clinicians at an office convenient to your home or workplace

Legal services

Referrals to local attorney for a free initial consultation (in person, or by phone) to help with most legal problems. And if you need additional assistance, you’ll also get a 25% discount on the attorney’s customary fee.

Financial Services

You’ll find a wide range of personal financial resources and tools on the program’s website, as well as phone access to financial counselors for financial management questions about:

  • Debt reduction

  • Home buying

  • Budgeting

  • Bankruptcy

  • Retirement planning

  • Identity theft

  • Etc.

You’ll also have access to expert consultants for support, information, and referrals in:
