We’re glad you’re here! Starting a new job is a fun and challenging time, and we know benefits may not be a topic you’re familiar with. But since you’re eligible on your date of hire, it’s important to understand your options and make the most of what’s offered! This page covers the basics so you can feel confident about the choices ahead.
When it’s time to enroll, work directly with The American Worker (AWP). You have 31 days from your date of hire to make your elections.
