    If you’re enrolled in a Cigna medical plan, you have access to the Cigna Healthcare Wellness Experience through myCigna. This personalized program is designed to support your wellness journey, with the bonus of earning Wellness Rewards along the way.

    • Set up your profile today on myCigna.com.

    OAK 

    OAK (Outdoor Adventure Krew) is a teammate-led group dedicated to making the outdoors accessible and enjoyable for everyone. We bring this mission to life through on-site hikes at the CSC, volunteer events with local community organizations, educational lunch-and-learns featuring experts from across outdoor and environmental fields and many more exciting outdoor initiatives.

    Outdoor Amenities 

    Explore the great outdoors and enjoy tennis courts, pickleball courts, baseball/soccer fields and a running trail along with numerous seating areas. To reserve a court, simply add the desired court by name to an Outlook Calendar invite: Basketball Court, Tennis Court 1, Tennis Court 2. Note: Basketball and pickleball share the same court surface.

    DSG Health Club 

    Visit the DSG Health Club, our fitness facility available to teammates and contractors. 

    As a member of the DSG Health Club, you can enjoy a variety of programs and services made available to you, which include: 

    • Fitness services: Schedule a one-on-one appointment with a Health Fitness Specialist to assess health fitness, set goals and develop a personalized exercise plan to reach fitness and wellbeing goals. 

    • Group exercise: Experience fun and motivating workouts led by professional and experienced instructors. All fitness levels are welcome. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, there is a class available to fit you and your exercise needs. 

    • Recreation: Participate in co-ed recreation leagues and events. Various leagues, such as basketball, softball, tennis, volleyball, soccer and racquetball, are available to participate in throughout each year. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, there are multiple divisions in all leagues and events to make play enjoyable yet competitive!

    Celebrate your love of sport all summer long with the Team Wellbeing Summer of Sport Challenge! Earn points for staying active by playing sports, attending sporting events, coaching or volunteering in your community.   • Surgery, Cancer Treatment, Infusion Therapy

    Surgery, Cancer Treatment, Infusion Therapy Center of Excellence Program 

    Lantern 

    Reduced costs and personalized support for your surgery journey, cancer care and infusion therapy. Lantern is a benefit offered by DSG and included in your medical benefit. If you need planned, non-emergency surgery, are receiving infusion therapy or are navigating a cancer diagnosis, Lantern guides you from your first question through your full recovery so you never have to manage specialty care alone.

    When you call Lantern, the care team will:

    • Help you pay as little as possible for surgery, infusions and cancer care. 

    • Surgery: Lantern covers more than 1,500 planned procedures, and many Lantern members can get care locally. Bariatric surgery is mandatory through Lantern, meaning you are required to use Lantern for that specific surgery. Call Lantern before scheduling a bariatric surgery or to see if the surgery you need is on the list.

    • Cancer: If you or a member of your family is diagnosed with cancer, Lantern can help. Your Lantern Oncology Nurse Navigator is there to ensure you understand your diagnosis and treatment plan and, if necessary, assist you with getting a second opinion. They can also assist you with getting appointments at local and national cancer centers faster.

    • Infusions: If you need infusion care, Lantern could save you money and get the care you need either at home or at an infusion center.

    • Recommend experienced, board-certified specialists near you so you can choose the best option

    • Coordinate next steps and appointments so nothing falls through the cracks

    • Get you a pre-paid debit card to help cover gas, hotel and meals for you and a loved one if travel is required (travel benefits vary–call to confirm)
