This plan provides protection if you suffer a disability from a qualifying non-occupational illness or injury. If you’re eligible, you’ll receive income designed to help you replace your lost wages.

Long-Term Leaves

After 26 weeks (180 days) of medical leave, you may qualify for extended benefits through the long-term disability (LTD) program. This benefit provides 60% of basic monthly earnings, up to $6,000 maximum monthly benefit for the duration of your medically certified/approved disability, or until age 65.
