Team Wellbeing supports you on your path to financial wellbeing, offering budgeting tools, educational resources and planning support to help you manage your finances with confidence and grow stronger every season.

• Teammate Relief Fund

  Sometimes, life throws a curve ball that creates a challenge too big to handle alone. The Teammate Relief Fund (TRF) exists to provide monetary support to teammates and their immediate families during times of unforeseen hardship and crises beyond their control.

  Important Note: The Teammate Relief Fund (“TRF”) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization separate and apart from DICK’S Sporting Goods, Inc. The TRF review committee reviews applications for assistance and makes its own independent determinations of whether, when and to what extent support is appropriate. Obtaining support from the TRF is not a benefit of or offered by DICK’S Sporting Goods, Inc. The charitable mission of the TRF is to assist current and former teammates in need, based on certain qualifying circumstances (subject to additional eligibility requirements).
