Therapy and Counseling for All Teammates
Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP)
Confide
The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is available to all teammates and household members.
Confide is a voluntary, confidential service that provides a Behavioral Health Navigator, personal and professional counseling and referral services designed to help you live your best life. All teammates and anyone who resides in your home have access to five (5) confidential, free counseling sessions per issue, per year.
How it Works
Each eligible person has up to five free visits per issue, per year. Visits can be in-person or virtual.
After your free sessions, your mental health coverage on your medical plan takes over, and you pay a cost share based on your plan.

One Simple Thing
Team Wellbeing is dedicated to helping teammates improve work-life balance. The One Simple Thing initiative asks teammates to PICK, COMMIT and DO one thing to improve their work-life balance.
Need some inspiration? Here’s what other teammates are doing with their One Simple Thing …
A CSC teammate leaves early on Wednesdays to volunteer with a local youth group.
Another CSC teammate takes his dog for a walk every day in a local park.
A Field leader makes time in the early morning or later evening to work out with his son—with both of their busy schedules, it’s a meaningful way for them to connect.
Another Field leader simply uses the flexibility to schedule personal appointments during the day instead of late at night.
A DC teammate worked with DC leadership to create schedule flexibility in order to coach a local female football team.
Speak with your manager today to pledge your One Simple Thing.
No Meeting Zone
The No Meeting Zone gives teammates uninterrupted time during the day to have lunch and catch up on work without meeting commitments. The No Meeting Zone blocks off teammates’ calendars from 12:00 – 1:30 p.m. daily. We encourage teammates to respect the No Meeting Zone by avoiding scheduling meetings during this time block.
