Aetna Behavioral Health Resources*

Associates enrolled in an Aetna medical plan option have access to behavioral health support both through in-network providers and a range of digital/virtual programs. These include Teladoc for on-demand mental health consultations (ages 13+), general behavioral health services and counseling coordinated through Aetna, and several specialized virtual providers covering therapy, psychiatry, eating disorder treatment, and stress management for various age groups.
Resources:

  • Meru Health – A 12-week digital therapy program that includes a biofeedback device to track and improve the user’s physical response to stress
  • Talkspace – Virtual therapy (age 13+) and medication management (age 18+) for those struggling with mental well-being concerns
  • Equip Health – Specialty treatment for eating disorders for children and adolescents
  • Array Behavioral Care – Virtual psychiatry and therapy for members age 5+
  • Telemynd – Support for depression and anxiety for members age 5+
  • Alma Health – Helps find a therapist through a personalized search that meets the member’s needs (helloalma.com)
  • Talkiatry – Virtual mental health care (ages 5+) with psychiatrists specializing in anxiety, depression, stress, serious mental illness, and substance/alcohol use (talkiatry.com).

On-site Wellness Centers Broadridge’s On-Site Wellness Centers at Edgewood 1 and 2 are staffed by medical professionals who provide confidential acute and preventive care at no cost, including physical exams, screenings, diagnostic testing, lab work, prescriptions, travel consultations, and ergonomic evaluations. Virtual nutritional services are also available to associates in most states. More information can be found on HR Connect under "My On-Site Wellness Center."

  • Edgewood 1 – Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Edgewood 2 – Tuesday, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
  • Extended Hours on Wednesdays until 6 p.m. ET (nutritionist only).

Maven** Maven, a program that supports you through all the phases of pregnancy and beyond, is available to all U.S. benefits-eligible associates and their partners. Aetna One Advocate* Aetna One Advocate is a team of experts to help simplify your healthcare. With advocates, nurses, pharmacists, dietitians and more by your side, you’ll get a higher level of support to help plan your care, answer network questions and more.
