You will get access to a dedicated Care Advocate to help you find the right provider for your unique needs, refer you to the best in-person care in your area, and be a source of support throughout your journey. You will have access hundreds of expert articles so you can learn all about your options for building your family. You can also take on-demand classes — like Fertility 101 or IUI and IVF 101 — if you prefer a more guided approach to understanding your journey. You can use virtual support groups to connect with others going through similar experiences and build community with other families. Provides the same level of coverage for services received in-network or out-of-network (generally a discount on your total cost when you utilize in-network providers)
Financial Assistance	Financial help managed through Maven Wallet Up to $20,000 for adoption assistance Up to $20,000 for surrogacy assistance
Medical Benefits (through Aetna medical plan)*	If you are enrolled in the Broadridge medical plan through Aetna, fertility treatments are covered under the plan. Here’s what is covered: Fertility diagnosis to evaluate the underlying causes Up to three cycles of in vitro fertilization (IVF), gamete intrafallopian transfer (GIFT), zygote intrafallopian transfer (ZIFT) and frozen embryo transfer (EFT) Cryopreservation (freezing), storage and thawing of eggs, embryos, sperm, or reproductive tissue for up to 12 months Intrauterine insemination (IUI) with no cycle limit (beginning Jan. 1, 2025)
