Aetna One® Advocate
Aetna One® Advocate
Your Own Team at Aetna—On Call for You
Starting in 2027, medical plan enrollees will have access to the Aetna One Advocate team. No special enrollment is required.
Instead of bouncing between departments, you get a real team of advocates, nurses, pharmacists and dietitians dedicated to help you navigate your benefits, including Caremark pharmacy and Aetna medical and dental plans.
The Aetna One Advocate team offers you a more proactive and personalized health care experience while keeping your unique needs, care and goals at the forefront.
What You Can Expect
Get ready for a higher level of support that bridges health gaps, improves outcomes and empowers you to take control of your health. The team will help you get the care you need, when you need it. Count on your advocate team to:

Simplify your medicine and manage prescriptions
Help you understand your diagnosis
Empower you to manage diabetes and other chronic conditions
Find providers and make appointments

And more!
How to Get Started
