Each year, we are required to provide employees with important legal notices and plan disclosures. While you are not required to do anything with these documents, you should review them and keep them for your records.

The legal notices provide you with important plan disclosures and your rights under different federal government provisions. Notices like the Summary of Benefits and Coverage (Medical) and the Summary of Benefits and Coverage (Confide) may help you better understand the benefits available to you as a Foot Locker teammate.
