  Parental Leave

  Provides eligible teammates with growing families the opportunity to have six weeks of paid bonding time off work for the arrival of a new child. As a company, we recognize the importance of this life event and want to give all new parents the flexibility to take time off without requiring the use of vacation time.

  Our Parental Leave Policy includes:

  • Birth parent: Six weeks of paid parental leave, beginning on the date of the child’s birth or placement (must be used within six months of the child’s birth).
  • Non-birth parent: Six weeks paid parental leave, beginning on the date of the child’s birth or placement (must be used within six months of the child’s birth).
