Effective January 1, 2026, retiree life insurance coverage will be eliminated and no longer available for all current and future retirees.

You do not have the option to convert any or all of this discontinued coverage with Prudential. However, you may contact Prudential or another life insurance carrier of your choice if you wish to purchase retiree life insurance coverage on your own.

This website contains a summary of the Chubb Benefits Program. Chubb reserves the right to amend, terminate, or modify any part of these plans described in this summary, including termination of the plans, changes to coverage, and changes to cost or subsidies of the plans at any time.  In the event there is a conflict between the website and terms of the applicable plan document, the terms of the plan document will apply.
