Your premium payments are due on the first day of each month. You must pay your first month’s premium for COBRA coverage to start. to receive coverage. Medical, Dental and Vision COBRA Coverage for employees with severance payments

If you elect bi-weekly severance payments, you will be billed at the subsidized rates until severance payments end. If you elect a lump sum payment, or after your bi-weekly severance payments end, you will be billed for the full cost of COBRA coverage at unsubsidized group rates, plus a 2% administration fee.
