Vacation Flex Program

Non-exempt (hourly) associates are eligible to elect an additional week of vacation time in lieu of one week’s pay. The amount of additional vacation time made available to you is based on your standard scheduled hours per week as of January 1st of the participating plan year. You can only enroll during the Open Enrollment period each year. You may carryover any unused vacation flex plan time to the next calendar year. However, if you do carryover vacation flex plan time, you may not elect an additional week of vacation flex plan time for the next calendar year.

For example, if you earn $52,000 per year you will see an after-tax payroll deduction equal to one-week’s salary ($1,000) taken from your check in equal amounts over the year.

Note: Vacation Flex is not available to exempt associates as they are eligible for Flexible Paid Time Off (FPTO).
