Carelon Wellbeing is a free, confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providing support in several areas, including uncertainty, stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, life changes, substance use, domestic violence, family challenges, community, legal, and financial resources. All associates, their spouses, children, and household members have free and confidential access to 6 counseling sessions per situation, per year.
